035 - Travel
I could spare a glance at dear old France
And talk at length, wittily, about ancient Italy
I could explain about the rains in Spain
But I’m somewhat smitten with Great Britain
I may issue a subpoena in Argentina
Perhaps open a crypt in that there Egypt
And I might play a tuneless tuba over in Cuba
I’m still rather smitten with Great Britain
I’d open a morgue in Luxembourg
Unfreeze a doorway in cold Norway
I might get angina in parts of China
I just can’t help being smitten with Great Britain
I could visit a small cafeteria in Nigeria
Meet a businessman in Oman
Drive real slow in Mexico
But, I’m overly smitten with Great Britain
I would live in a caravan in Pakistan
See a phenomenon in Japan
Harvest the grain from Ukraine
It’s just tough being smitten with Great Britain
I could be unfurled throughout the World
Maybe disrobe around the Globe
But such a turn would cause me concern
The thing is, unwritten, I won’t leave Great Britain
