036 - Blue Flashing Lights

My problem is

When I drive here and there

I see blue flashing lights

They’re every-bloody-where

Be it cops or firemen

Or a bright ambulance

The blue flashing lights

Are a constant circumstance

When I’m on the Motorway

Really having a blast

The blue flashing lights

Wait to scream on past

It’s rather annoying

When two cars go wham!

Oh no - blue flashing lights

Now I’m stuck in a jam

On old country roads

Ever so serene

The blue flashing lights

Shatter the scene

I round every corner

And yes, they are there

The blue flashing lights

Give me a scare

They follow me around

It’s getting rather boring

The blue flashing lights

Are so freaking annoying

But then I look in the mirror

And burst into laughter

The blue flashing lights

Oh crap, it’s ME they are after!
