162 - Familiar

I want to try something new

Cos it’s really such a shame

No matter what I try

My poems all sound the same

What the hell is wrong with me?

I’m becoming a cliche

Coming up with topics

Gets harder every day

And I’m well aware the endings

Are all pretty similar

If you go through my catalogue

It’s all so familiar

I might go back to stories

Instead of these silly rhymes

But that’s just shifting the problem

And it would be like old times
