017 - Drinkies
I suppose it was pretty manic
Trying to finish a gin and tonic
As everyone began to panic
On board the giant ship Titanic
Although it must have been very nice
To have plenty of available ice
To keep your glass so sparkly cool
As the water began to pool
And your cash would have gone quite far
No doubt there was an open bar
As the ship started to slowly sink
At least there was abundant free drink
So it can’t have been all that bad
Although I get that it was very sad
You could at least have one endless round
Well, until the waves began to pound
And as the ship so gigantic
Slipped into the cold Atlantic
There may have been some lifeboats that you missed
But at least you could get nicely pissed
Hic!
