116 - The Pain Behind the Eyes

What’s the point of headaches?

They really get me down

Thinking too much brings them on

I feel I want to drown

It’s such a senseless feeling

This pain behind the eyes

The cause isn’t always obvious

It won’t be identified

It’s so debilitating

For no apparent reason

Although I’ve spotted one trend

It can depend on the season

If a thunderstorm approaches

It’s usually a sign

My higher mental faculties

Are going to decline

There are other considerations

Loud music doesn’t help

Bright lights and funny smells

Can make me want to yelp

So I’ve come up with a solution

A cerebral exercise

I’m gonna see a Doctor

May as well get lobotomised
