083 - Destruction

I want to steal the Eiffel Tower

I’d love to have that kind of power

If the world would give me just an hour

These cultural artefacts I would devour

I would demolish the colosseum

I’d place such things inside a museum

Remove all reference to the imperium

Turn it into a mausoleum

I’d wipe the faces from Big Ben

Made sure it never told the time again

Eliminate the middlemen

Maybe paint it pink now and then

As for that bridge at the golden gate

Might blow it up - I love to hate

But I’ve yet to decide on a date

It’s still a mater of some debate

In summary I just want to destroy

I’m like a kid - a little boy

But don’t judge me - just enjoy

And think of the people I could employ

Happy New Year.
