064 - Fish

Cod and hake and pike and Roe

These are types of fish I know

There’s many others I can’t name

In my mind, they all prob’ly taste the same

Haddock, Crab and Langoustine

Are also creatures, type: marine

There’s lots of others that I can’t face

I’m sure they’ll come to me - oooh - Plaice!

Shark and bass and carp and bream

Rarely occupy my dreams

Maybe I should be a whale

Then I could study all their scales

I’ve just realised all I’m doing is listing

This is something I should be resisting

It’s just not right for me to deliver

Names of creatures from seas and rivers
