006 - Explosions

The thing about explosions

Is they cause me mixed emotions

It’s not that I enjoy a conflict

Or the wounds that get inflicted

But to see a BOOM and smoke and fire

It’s really something to which I aspire

‘Cos it takes a special kind of smart

To cause a tank to rip apart

And I’m sure the creator of the mushroom cloud

Really made his mother proud

Whilst I know there’s death and much distress

When everything is such a mess

I really can’t help myself go “Cor!”

When I see things blow up in a war
